Gravity Boot Camp
This program a fun, challenging, and innovative, provides full body conditioning through functional training. Participants use their body weight as resistance against the pull of gravity to enhance overall strength and performance. This program is about results!

Pilates Reformer
Enjoy an incomparable full-body workout with the Pilates Reformer! Improve your overall muscle tone, strength and posture. Precise movements emphasize building strong abdominals and lower back to enhance strength, muscular symmetry, alignment and flexibility. A series of weighted sprins adds resistance, while the pulley system provides a gentle, lengthening of muscles. We offer private, duets, and small group sessions. Reservations are required.

TRX Group Training:

What is TRX?

The TRX is a performance training tool that leverages gravity and the user’s body weight to build strength, balance, flexibility and core stability with hundreds of functional exercises that can easily adjust to all fitness levels.By keeping the body straight while performing exercises the core/ midsection is forced to work harder than normal. Additionally, the unstable nature of nylon straps forces the user to constantly stabilize. It is instantly adaptable to any user.
