Small Group Programs

at VIDA Metropole!
*All programs listed are fee based programs, where students can participate as a member or non member. Members receive a discount on all programs offered for an extra fee as shown by the pricing structure for each.
 
Pilates Reformer
Pilates reformer training with our trained and certified staff of instructors,  is a great way to create a strong core, long lean muscles and increase flexibility.
 
Reformer Rates:
Small Group 4 Pack of Sessions =
$168 for members and $200 for non-members

1:1 Reformer Instruction =
Members: Single Session=$90 or 5pk= $425
Non-Member: Single session=$95 or 5pk=$450.
2:1 Reformer Instruction =
Members: Single session=$70 or 5pk=$325
Non-Member: Single Session=$75 or 5pk=$350

Mixed Martial Arts (MMA)
Mixed Martial Arts combines techniques from a wide range of martial arts to create a versatile and effective fighting system.

Vida Metropole MMA combines an intensive workout with practical techniques and strategies for self defense. Sign up now to push your limits and improve your fitness, martial arts skills, and tactical thinking.

Two intensive MMA classes per week focus on techniques and strategies for both sport fighting and self defense application.

Mondays and Wednesdays, 8:30-9:30pm
Cost: $96 per month for members, $146 for non-members


Boxing Program ( is on hold for the summer)
This class will teach boxing fundamentals and techniques. It will be offered with different levels so there is a progression offered to those avid fight fans. It will focus on perfect jabs, hooks, uppercut and power punches. Training will consist of mitts, heavy bag, speed, jump rope, footwork drills and defensive tactics.

Boxing : Fridays from 7:30-9:00pm and Saturdays from 4-6pm
($144 for members and $194 for non-members)

 

Partner Training:
Working out can be fun with our partner training program.  Bring a workout buddy to Vida and train with our certifed personal trainer.  If you need a workout buddy we can pair you up.  Partner training is a great way to motivate each other, work hard, and stick to a program.  Please stop by the personal training desk for more details.
