Vida Body

 

High Intensity Strength Training! Sculpt your body using high repetitions and low weights.

Full body integrated exercises in 45minutes. This workout will tone and define your muscles as well

as get your heart pumping! This class utilizes hand weights and resistance bands to the highest degree.

Experience a fast past, high intensity, rockin' workout!

*This is a test run for VIDA signature class. Currently the only instructor teaching it is Adriane Morgan as a test

run for February. This class will be widely expanded throughout VIDA with other instructors teaching the formate

in the spring/summer of 2009.
