Power Yoga
An intermediate class for students with previous yoga experience. Based on the Ashtanga practice, this energetic class wilfl move students through sun salutations and vinyasa styled sequences, with arm balances, standing balance poses and inversions. With a regular practice, students will build strength and focus providing a firm foundation for their yoga practice.
